It allows the GEKKO to work at wind speeds that prohibit manual cleaning for safety reasons. Panel Cleaning (Photovoltaic)
A new use for the GEKKO robots is cleaning solar panels. The efficiency of a solar panel can be increased considerably by cleaning it regularly. Considering the fragile nature and often difficult accessibility of most solar panels, that is normally easier said than done.
The GEKKO system offers a safe solution to any cleaning issues with photovoltaic panels and can even operate at night.
Facade Cleaning
The GEKKO is the cleaning robot for high-rise buildings and combines all the requisite components such as robot engineering, cleaning engineering, a fall arrester and a media supply in one system.
Its excellent cleaning performance, constant availability and minimal operating cost make the GEKKO the ideal facade cleaning robot. It preserves a building’s visual impact and as well as the facade’s value which can be used as an advertising medium. (e.g. when a large screen display is attached).
